Day 12 – Today I am thankful for silence.
Specifically the silence of a long drive.The comfort of not having to speak to fill the silence.
The silence of friendship not needing words to enjoy each other’s company.
A quiet that follows hours of conversation and precedes hours more.
It’s a silence of promise. A quiet that contains so much.
